Creator: Freddy Soe Nyunt and Obsidian Holmes (Animator)

A determined scientist and his loyal assistant toil away in a secret laboratory, surrounded by bubbling beakers, sparking machines, and wildly ambitious plans. Their grand experiment promises to make scientific history, if they can get it to stop wobbling, sneezing, and causing chaos long enough to call it a success.

Collection

Stop-mo Capsule is a digital collection archive documenting selected student stop-motion works from Pratt Institute’s School of Art and Animation. The archive extends the second biennial Stop-Motion Show, held at the Pratt Brooklyn Campus Library and Archives in 2026, by preserving access to films, puppets, props, sketches, process materials, and 3D scans after the physical exhibition.

Disclaimer

Student creators retain ownership of their individual works. Materials are shared for educational, archival, and research purposes only. Do not reproduce, distribute, exhibit, or commercially use images, videos, 3D scans, metadata, or process materials without permission from the appropriate creator, rights holder, or custodian.
